People, performances, talks and encounters from ODD in Helsinki.

Why ODD

Finland has creative talent. We build structures that help it grow, connect and last.

Creative work in Finland is strong, but the support around it is often fragmented. Projects, funding, spaces, networks and partnerships exist — but they do not always connect in ways that make it easy for good work, relationships and opportunities to build on each other over time.

There is also still more potential in bringing creative and cultural expertise into closer contact with business, institutions and wider society. ODD creates places, events and projects where those connections can happen more naturally — while helping creative work find new audiences, partners and contexts.

Who ODD is for

ODD brings two worlds together — creative and cultural people, and businesses that want to work with them.

For creatives

Work, create and connect with other creatives.

Work from ODDspace. Bring something of your own to ODDfest. Use the parts of ODD that are useful to your practice — without having to become part of a single scene or organisation.

For business

Get closer to creative expertise and the people behind it.

Come to ODDference, build a partnership, or bring us a brief that needs cultural understanding, creative expertise and people from more than one field.
